Sign PDF Documents is developed by NEXTPIXEL APPS LLP. The iOS app stores your documents and signatures locally on your device. We do not collect personal data through the app itself.

Remote signing service

When you use Send for Signature, the PDF you choose and the recipient email address are uploaded to our secure Cloudflare infrastructure so the recipient can sign the document in a browser. Signed documents are stored temporarily and associated with your app user ID.

• Documents are stored in encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2).
• Signing links expire after 14 days.
• We send transactional email only for signature requests and completion notices.
• Push notifications are sent to your device when a document is signed.
