By using the Sign PDF Documents app or the esignpdfapp.com remote signing service, you agree to these terms.

Service description

The app helps you sign PDF documents on iOS. The remote signing feature lets you send a PDF to another person by email. The recipient may sign the document through a browser link without installing the app.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to share and request signatures on documents you upload.
• You are responsible for verifying recipient email addresses before sending.
• Signed documents are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal advice.

Availability

Signing links expire after 14 days. We may update or suspend the service for maintenance or abuse prevention.
